Team Performance Appraisal

  1. Teams work together to accomplish a common goal. Effective teams magnify the accomplishments of individual employees and enable company to better serve customers. Teams make things, accomplish tasks, provide services, offer advice and seek to meet other goals.
  2. Evaluating your team members’ performance is part of 360 degree appraisal system but as it is such an importance aspect of appraisal you can conduct it separately also. Two templates of team performance evaluation are provided for reference.
