Perfecting E-mail Etiquette

  1. Your employees are your company’s public face. And this face lacks on basic communication.
  2. How many times we receive email from our employees with all lower case letters or text language like gr8, lol, thx or informal greetings like “HIya!” or emoticons. On other side emails having phrases like “I might be completely wrong here, but…” or “I’m sorry to bother you, but…”
