Eligibility Criteria:
-Undergraduates & Graduates can apply (Not Eligible – MBA, BTech, BCA,MCA, Bsc IT & CS, BE). -Excellent verbal communication (English).
-Should be within Transport Boundary.( Churchgate to Mira Road, CST-Thane, CST- Belapur)
-Freshers are also eligible.
-Prior Customer service experience would be an added advantage.
-5 days working and Fixed Saturday/Sunday weekly off
-Should be flexible in 24*7 shifts.
-Should have good customer service skills
-Understand customer queries / request and act accordingly.
