Hiring Freshers/Exp Service Desk Voice Support with MNC Bangalore || Sayed Ali 8310324442
Service Desk Analyst,Voice Process.)
(Freshers Any Graduate _ 2017,2018,2019,2020 Batch)
Working knowledge on Server technologies and Operating systems (Windows and Linux). Server Blade and associated technologies highly preferred.
Storage concepts such as RAID, Backup, NAS, JBOD.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:-
>Primary point of contact for external and internal customers, end-users, Partners and Distributors.
> The Customer Service Representative handles all inbound requests from these sources and provides assistance in addressing these requests. Inquiries can include but are not limited to, product orders, billing, contract renewals, customer account maintenance, and product licensing at varying levels of complexity.
Excellent communication skills Written & Verbal.
